0 ANOTHER DISAG REEMENT. CASE TO STAND OVER. Per Press Association —Copyright. CHRISTCHURCH, May 12. The second re-trial of Janies Reynold Hayne, Dunedin, chemist, on charges of manslaughter and performing an illegal operation, resulted in the jury against disagreeing. Mr Justice Chapth'ni said that the matter of a new trial would stand over till the Minister or the SolicitorGeneral determined whether a new trial should lie held. Accused was released on his own recognisances of £5OO.
