ENGINEER’S REPORT}. , - The Engineer (Mr C. E. Bremner) reported to tiie County Council ioday as follows on the various works in progress in tire County:— Upper Parco r a; Biding.—A contract was signed By a; Timaru firm of builders lor erecting the shed and telephone office at Timaunga roadman’s reserve. The site is marked off and it is hoped to start the work in the near future. All contract works wore, completed at the close of last month and labour has since been employed sorting up alter the late rains, cleaning bridge tiers, etc., and making general re. paiis on Back, Motukaike, and Little Bivar mads.
