SIAT.RAIi ARRESTS MADE. [piJR PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] NEW YORK, April HO. Demonstrators against Mr Rockefeller's attitude at Colorado w'ere arrested after demonstrating outside Mr. Rockefeller Junr's offices. The arrestees include Upton Sinclair and his wile, and children, and Elizabeth Freeman, an English suffragette. The Socialists arranged a parade io the office, wearing signs of mourning, when the police intervened. Several were killed when the strikers at lacked the mines in the neighbourhood of Forbes. The mine buildings were burned and two bodies were charred therein.
ORDER RESTORED
NEW YORK, April 30. The Federal troops arrived at Denver and restored order. It is liow believed that there will be m. further trouble.
