ORARI BRIDGE MURDER
INQFKST OPENED, CHI ITS FORMALLY CHARGED. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] TTMARF, Mav 1. In eomierlion with the Orari Bridge murder case an inquest was opened and adjourned till the 11th, inst. Deceased's employer. Alex Kidman, indentified the body and stated that the two men lirod on an out farm in a travelling galley. Stevenson complained to him that Cripp-. was not attending to his work properly and asked for another man. Witness did not know whether Cripps know- that. ’Cripps was formally charged before a Justice of Hie Peace and was remanded to Lyttelton Gaol for eight days.
