AYeir (Mr. Crawford) an adjourned charge of failure to utteno parades. Counsel for defendant stated that since the adjournment defendant had attended parades regularly. The charge was dismissed. Commissioner of Stamps, v. M. McOillicuddy, a charge of failure to provide returns under the Death Duties Act. These had since been liled. Convicted and fined 50s with counsel's fee £5 ss. J. Sullivan and H. Williams (Mr. Wells) v. A. J. Duke, ’claim £1 19s Jd. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs os. Dresden Piano Coy v. S. P. Briggs (Mr. Wells), claim £!) us. No appealance of plaintiff. Struck out. Cost? were allowed defendant’s solicitor £X is, witness ss. and court fees. A judgment summons case wa? adjourned for a week.
