Juanovitch, a Former Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs who was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment in October, 1907, for treason "as incarcerated in a fortress at Podgorica with his feet enchained. ’The prisoner has oscaoed with several other conspirators' They dug a subterranean passage and took eight months to dispose of the earth down a drain. The fugitives have reached Constantinople.
