(Own Correspondent). Tile concert in aid of the Stafford School Organ Fund took place in Turner’s Hall on Thursday night last'and was a decided suqpess, the hall being packed to its’ utmost capacity. The items which were entrusted to the scholars of the local school were met with by rounds of applause. The following programme was submitted during the evening Overture, “Coliseum,” Master W. Jones; song, Senior Scholars; recitation, Miss M. Heil; action song, Infants; song, “Robin Hood,” Master C. Havill; club drill, Girls; recitation, Miss lemlda Martini; figure march, Infants; song, Miss Lucy Marini; recitation, “Lost,” Master D. Synnott; action song, Infants: violin solo, Master W. Martini; sasn drill, Girls; song, Master J. Brown; recitation, Miss A. Byrnes; figure marching; Infants; song, “Little Red Riding Hood, Miss I. Byrnes; recitation, Master J. Johnson; violin solo, Master AV. Martini; song, “Brown Eyes,” Miss V. Perry; “The Tea Party,” Infants; club drill, Boys; song, “Goodnight,” Girls and Boys. Master C .Lyons acted in the capacity of stage manager, while Mrs Perry supplied the accompaniments.
