Carter (Mr Park) for extension of time for completion of survey.—Granted. llouuiker and Smith (Mr Linstrom) prospecting license.—Granted. Luckio and others, prospecting license.—Granted. J. P. and J. A. Muir v. Mitchell Bros., suit for damages and injunction. Mr Doogan appeared for plaintiffs and Mr Wells for' defendants. After hearing evidence plaintiffs wore non-suited with costs £2 Us. J. P. and J. A. Muir (Mr Doogan) v. J. Anderson (Mr Wells) suit for damages and injunction. After hearing evidence judgment was given for defendant with costs £2 3s.
