RETURN OF THE MAORIS SURVIVORS.
LONDON, Sept. 6.— Fifteen of the steamer Maori's survivors have reached Plymouth. Engineer Marwood stated that the Cape coast wa>s the worst lighted in the world. It was ridiculous to talk about wireless telegraphy. If the money was spent on lighthouses it would be the means of saving many ships.
