A GENERAL AMNESTY.
THE EX-SHAH'S PENSION.
TEHERFAN, Sept 3.— Additional measures for the settlement of Persian Governmental affairs have been a.J«-p ted by the new authorities. A general amnesty hss been proclaimed throughout the country. Twel/e prominent officials have been exiled One of these is Soadcadowleh, whose influence under the late regime was considerable. The reluctance of the late Shah to cede the Royal estates has been overcome. The amount 1 of his annual pension has been fixed at £33,700.
