LABOUR CONFERENCE.
PARIS, Sept. 3.— The international Labour Conference at Paris complains that English workmen are seeking the exclusion of foreign workmen and disregarded the Christiana Conference resolution that members of affiliated unions should be admitted as members of corresponding unions wherever they went. At Mr Appleton's instance, the Conference approved of the British Labour .Party's attempts to secure application or the principle of Foreign. Enlistments /Act to cases of organised blackleg expeditions to other States. Budapest was chosen for the next Conference.
