LORD KITCHENER'S ARRIVAL IN THE DOMINION DELAYED.
WELLINGTON, Sept. 2— The date of Lord Kitchener's arrival in New Zealand after his visit to Australia has been postponed. A telegram from the Governor-General of Australia to Lord Plunket states that owing to the difficulty of making a prompt connection by steamer between Java and Australia and the Admiralty being unable to provide a cruiser the proposed itinerary will have to be delayed. Tie undertakes to telegraph further information from Japan.
