Sudden Death of a Member.
Sir Alfred Billson fainted in the Divi< sion Lobby when about to vote on Mr Gox's motion re the sngar duVes, and be died half an hour later. Death is believed to have been due to hemorrhage of tbe brain
His daughter was in the Ladies' Gallery at tbe time. The House immediately adjourned.
