Thamis, April* The Tbamea Harbour Board baa granted permission to tbe TaapO Totara Coy (a 'Wellington organisation, which ia about to conduct the export of timber *n an extensive scale) to erect a private whar' a>t Kopo, near Tbame*. It is estimate tbat the wharf will cost £10,000. One of the conditions is that tbe wharf reverts to tbe Harbour Board at the end of 14 years. It is estimated that when all the com panics are in fnll swing, the export o' timVr from Thanus f rom all sources wi' total 1,000,000 feet a week.
