• St Pbtebsbcrg, Jan 27 The sailors and some artillerymen at Vladivostok have mutinied. Quickfirers and riflea were used. Tbe mutineer* wounded General Solivanoff, commander of the fortress, iv the ueck and chest as he finished parleying with them. Considerable disturbance and fighting took pUce in connection with the release of two prisoners. Ten of the mutineers were killed and 42 wounded. The revolutionaries at Penza informed Frosorouski, chief of the gendarmerie, that Lisovsky was assassinated by mistike, an error that would shortly be rectified by the assassination of Prosorouski.
