Dunedin, Ded 5 Bain which fell this afternoon rather interfered with the final meetings of cundidotes to-night, but still ali were largely attended and the keemjsj, interest is taken in to-morrow's contests
Ad open air meeting bad to be abandoned. The No-License advocates and the Trade also held a final demonstration, tbe latter being held in front of the Town Hall. Ie is anticipated the results of tbe polling for the election may be known by 9 p.nt but as to tbe local option poll these are expected to be )ate under the new system or counting.
