CHARGE OF TRESPASS ON A RACECOURSE.
Dunedin, Dec 5 At the Police Court to-day Tbomai Butler and Thomas Houlihan werd charged with trespassing on TahunaPark on the occasion of a recent trotting meeting. A technical defence was - sec oj^ under the Public Reserves Act and it Wall contended that as the question of title was raised the court had no jurisdiction^; Mr Graham, S.M., reserved his decision ia both cases.
