GREYMOUTH HARBOUR BOARD.

His Excellency the Governor, in Council, has, in pursuance of the provision of sections 3 and 4 of the Greymouth Harbour Board Act, 1884, appointed Arthur Robert Guinness. M.H.R; Robert Russell Mayor of Bunnetton; James 1 Andrew Petrie,^ Mayor of J3rey mouth; Joseph Mandl, Mayor of Hokitika; James Murdoch, Mayor of Kumara; James Hargreaves, Chairman of the Greymouth County Council; and Edward John Scantlebury, Chairman of Inangahua County Council, to be members of the Greymouth Harbour Board for a term of two years, computed from the first day of July.
