Dunedin, June 8

Several cases against members of the Ofcago Sailmakers' Onion for arrears of subscriptions were given in favour of the defendants by Mr Graham, S.JVL, in the Magistrate's Court to-day on the ground that the Union was defunct, in that all members were twelve months in arrears in 1903.

The allegation of the plaintiffs that the Uoion had already resurrected was au impossibility, as it was already dead.
