AGRICULTURAL COMMISSIONER
Wblusgton, Jan 29 Hon J V O'Loughlin, commissioned by tbe South Australian Government to report on i agricultural and dairying methods in this colony arrived yesterday. After touring tha North Island, he will go south. Government is facilitating his tour.
