[PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, May 10. Another of the extraordinary acta of vandalism for which Wellington is notorious happened to-day. In Lambton Quay by the Union Bank there is a small shrubbery, containing trees a«d plantß, the growth of 25 years. To-day, they were all cut down and in explanation it is asserted the man was toM to trim them and misunderstood his instructions to mean he was to remove them.
