SIR,--Could you give your readers or the pubfcc generally the cause of the lamp in front of the Post and Telegraph Office not being lit up these dark nights, as> people a*re posting fetters up" till I*o o'clock ; they can scarcely find the recess let alone the boxes. Probably, a little information on this matter -wouKI oblige. I am, &c.
