Mr Coayngham Greene, formerly secretary to the British legation in Teheran, and who succeeded Sir Jacobus de Wet as British agent here, has declined to ieceire from ' British residents an address, as. he objects to the expressions contained therein hoping that he would assist in maintaining the supremecy of the Empire. London, Dec 6. Some of the Unionist papers in London condemn the action of Greene.
