Melboukne, Feb. 27. The chemical drying room of a hat factory at Richmond, exploded, wrecking 1 the building and seriously injuring two of the employees. Adelaide, Feb. 27. During the progress of a storm at Edunda, two children named Brooks were killed by lightning. (Received Feb. 28, 1.21 a.m.) Sydney, Feb. 27. Mr Young was reflected speaker, by a majority of two over Mr Joseph Abbott the Government nominee. The new cable to Western Australia has been successfully laid. The first cable messages received were in the afternoon.
