SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.

Wellington, Jan. 2. The ship Jessie Eadmon, Captain Gibson, arrived from Liverpool, (14th Sept.) [by cable.] Sydney, Jan. 2. Arrived — Union Co.'s steamer Mararoa, from Auckland. London, Dec. 27. The steamer Storm Queen, from Sebsstopol to Holland, |was caught in a hurricane in the Bay of Biscay. The cargo shifted and the vessel, becoming helpless, eventually foundered. Twenty of her crew were saved in a boat, but the remainder went down with the ship.
