BEER ADULTERATION.
Wellington, January 14. An information has been laid by the pclice rgainst a publican in the city, for a breach of thr 71st section of the Licen'ing Vet, 1881, in adulterating the beer for sale m his premises. The adulteration is illeged to have been accomplished by adding sulphuric acid to the liquor. The case comes on for bearing on Tuesday.
