CHARGE AGAINST A PUBLICAN.

Dxtnedin, September 22. Louis Breen, licensee of the Commercial Hotel, Greea Island, was charged today with supplying; liquor to one Peter Adamson wh'le the latter was intoxicate!. Adamson fell off his dray afterwards and W*s killed. The information was dismissed on the ground that it was not shown upon supplying the drink he was aware Adatnson was intoxicated.
