♦ LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. Tuesday, June 21. •In the Council to-day a number of bills prepirel by the Statutes Revision Commission were received by Governor's message and read a first time. Mr Waternouse moved the second reading of the Married Womaus Property Protection Bill, which was agreed to and the Bill referred to a Select Committee.
