All competitors must, use long Snider ' rifles as issued to Volunteers,' Ammunition cm be "purchased: on the range. After the entries for the various matches have been received, a list will, be posted iv the Drill Shed, fixing the hour at which each match will commence; and all competitors, for such matches, must be on the range at the hour named, or .they will forfeit their right to compete. -■ J- % j First match- will 'commence purictnaily" at' 6 aim. when all competitors for such match must be in attendance or they will be debarred from competing, as one match is finished^ the next will commence/and the : shooting will continue till: 6 p.m. Should any match be left unfinished the shooting will be continued on the following Monday, starting at 6 a*m. •Competitors will be allowed two sighting shots at each range on payment of sixpence for the first' and a shilling for the second.
