A residence of fourteen years in the Town, has enabled me to become fully conversant with its requirements, and my two years experience as a Borough Councillor has given me such a knowledge of Municipal matters, as in my opinion, every Candidate aspiring to the high office of Mayor, should possess. At the present moment there are some questions of interest to the Ratepayers, to which I shall refer at the meetings, which I propose to address throughout the town before, the day of Election. The limits of an advertisement will not permit me to do more than conclude, by assuring you, that if you do me the honor of Electing me as your Mayor, I shall do my utmost to deserve your confidence.
