Wellington, September 23. The following appointments appear in the Gazette:— The Right Rev. W. Gordon Cowie, D.D., Sir G. Maurice O'Rorke Knight 8.A., and Charles Christopher Bowen to be Fellows of the University of New Zealand, vice Hugh Carleton, Esq., his Honor Mr Justice Richmond, and the Rev, Thomas Buddie.
