There was no- shipping bminesa done at this port yesterday, in consequence of the heavy sea rolling home. Commander Edwin wired- the following weathergram, marked "urgent," yesterday morning; — <'Bad weather is expected from north-east to north and west; glass fntther fall, likely to go down four-tenths ; heavy sea within 12 hours. " Later—" Expect high floods within 24 hours."
The Albion sailed from Nelson yesterday at 11 o'clock, direct for the Coast, she will arrire here this forenoon and will be tendered by the Waipara, which leaves the wharf about noon.
