Melbourne, Sept. 21. The overland line between Adelaide and Port Darwin is down, and tale* graphic communication with Europe is interrupted. The Victorian Government have fixed the minimum of the two million loaD, which will shortly be issued in the Loadon market, at £101. The Argus to-day publishes an article commenting in highly eulogistic terms on the character and services of Sir H. Robinson.
