The Murray is due here to-day from Nelson and Westport. She has amongst her passengers a number of immigrants ex ship Gainsborough, at Nelson, lately arrived from London. The Tararua arrived yesterday from Westport and Nelson, in the absence of the Waipara, was tendered by the Lioness, and then despatched to Melbourne direct. The Lioness towed to sea the Garibaldi and Sarah and Mary yesterday morning, and towed inwards the Zephyr. The Zephyr, whilst coming up the river yesterday, came into collision with the Sarah and Mary, damaging her bulwarks and injuring some of her rigging. After a survey of the latter she was found to have received no serious damage, and went to sea a little while after in tow of the Lioness.
