Strange to say, however, in the selection of a medical man, the sufferer frequently omits these necessary precautions and without regard so the fitness, qualification, experience and ability for the particular ailment requiring treatnrnt, he consults the nearest man, who*: experience and practice, perhaps, lies in quite an opposite direction. Is it astonishing that o many are driven mad, aie ruined in health, and are bankrupt in spirits, hope, and money P Have I not for years rointed out to them that /, Dr L. L.
