All that piece of land forming a part of Hamilton-street, in the Town of Hokitika, containing 26 perches or thereabouts, commencing at the north-east corner of section 57 of said town, thence north-easterly in a direct line across Hamilton-street to the southern-most corner of section No. 113, thence north-westerly to the western-nioßt corner of said section 153 links, thence southwesterly, along ocean beach, to the northern-most corner of seciion 57, thence south-easterly to starting point 153 links. WELD -STREET. All that piece of land forming part of Weld-street, in the Town of Hokitika, containing 95 perches or thereabouts, commencing at the southern-most corner of section No 279 of said town, thence southwesterly across part of Weld-street in direct line with north-east corner of section No 225 for 104 link?, thtnee north-westerly by a line parallel to the bouth-westurn boundary of said section No 279, 153 links, thence north-easterly in a direct line to the western-most corner of said section No 279, and thence south-easterly in a direct Hue to the starting point. All that piece of land forming a part of Stafford-vStrect, in the Town ot Hokitika, containing 24 perches or thereabouts, commencing ac the eastern-most corner of section No 135 of said town, thence northeasterly across part of StaffordFtrett, in a direct line with southeast corner of section No 3200 for 100 links, thence north-westerly by a line parallel to the north-eastern boundary of said section No 135, 153 links, thence south-westerly in a direct line to the northenw»ost corner of section No 230 of said town, thence south-easterly in a direct line to the starting point.
