The Council ot the Borough of Hokitika, in pursuance of Section 323 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," ordain as follows : — 1. That the sum of £5 5s shall be paid into the hands of the Town Clerk as the fee for all Licenses, whiGh may be issued to the owner or occupier of any public building or enclosure within the Borough, used for Public Meetings, Assembly Rooms, Theatre, Music or Dancing Hall, or any public performance or amusement whatever ; such License to expire on the 31st December in each year.
