On payment of the proper duties, tne probate or letters received from the Court, or the statement of property in other cases, will be stamped and delivered to the person entitled thereto. A good Main Road traverses the Distric so fur as it is yet open for Purchase, and the District Roads will also he opened up by the Provincial Government, so as to make each Allotment accessible from the Main Line of Railway.
