He invites any amateur of the district to race him home for the tenth mile, for a small or large amount. In addition to the above match, there will be a variety of other sports, including Handicap Foot-races for 100, 200, and 300 yards, points. First prize, £5 ; 2nd, £2 ; 3rd, £1. A walking match, two miles, will also take place. Prize, £5. Post entry for these and other sports.
