At a meeting of the representatives at, the Thames it was moved by Wilson and seconded by Go] die that the Government be requested to hold the next competition in Otago. An amendment was moved by Sergeant Munyard that the word Westland should be substituted for the word Otago. Wilson withdrew his motion.
