TAKE NOTICE that THOMAS GIBSON, of Hokitika, Innkeeper, and JOHN FARIS, of Stafford Town, Miner, were this day adjudged bankrupt respectively; and the 30th January ins*, at 11 a.m., at the Supreme Court Housi, Hokitika, are the day, time, and plate appointed for the bankrupt respectively to surrender, and for the first meeting of their creditors.
