Government Notices. NOTICE. A LIST of Crown Grants waiting delivery to the respective Grantees can be seen at the Office of Commissioner of Crown Lands (Survey Office). I The notice of Grantees is called to the following clauses of tho "Crown Grants Act, 1866 :' — " Clause XXXlX.— There shall be paid unon all grants to be hereafter issued, which may be left in the charge or custody of any Commissioner of Crown Lands, or other officer charged with thi- delivery of the same, a fee of sixpence for every month d ring which they shall have been so left after thi- expiration of three months from | the date of the notice in the gazette of the Province wlierein the lands a c -ituate that such grants are ready for deivery." "Clause XLL— "'Whenever the fees due in respect of the custody of a Crown Grant shall amount to above £1, the same sha'l be recovered by the Commissiiner in a summary manner." G. S.
