WiJuiiNGToN-, Sept. 30,'i.4'6 p.m. In the Hollse this afternoon, Mr Stafford said that it was the intention of the Ministry not to reiign in consequence of the results of the recent divisions.
Mr Fox said they ought either to resign or dissolve the Parliament^ Mr Stafford declined to accept Mr Fox's opinion on the subject. lie said the Government would withdraw all political bills and financial proposals for this session-.
