SALE OF TOWN LANDS. n^TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN— -^ That the undermentioned Improved Sections in the Town of Hokitika, which were not included among those which were put up to auction on the 17th instant, are now open for sale to the occupiers, at the fixed price of Five Shillings per foot frontage. Intending purchasers must apply at the sitting of the Waste Lands Board, to be held on Thursday the Ist October. Any of these Sections remaining unsold after the Ist October, will be put up to Auction on Monday, the 26th October, at the upset price of Five Shillings per foot frontage. Any occupier of an improved^section in Hokitika, which has not yet been offered for sale, and is not included in the subjoined list, is requested at once to apply at the Survey Office.
