WESTLAND DISTRICT COURT. IN BANKRUPTCY.

(Before His Honor Judge Clarke.) Tuesday, 29th Sept., 1868.

The Court opened at eleven o'clock.

BE E. J. KIKG. Mr Reid for bankrupt, applied for the order of final discharge. There being no opposition bankrupt's discharge was granted. RE B. J; JONES. Bankrupt now surrendered in pursuance of an order of adjudication. On the application of Mr. South, the Court fixed the Bth of December for the final examination and application for d:scharge. RE A. A. PENNEFATfIEE. Mr Rees appeared for bankrupt, who was to surrender under an order of court. Mr Eeed for a creditor, Mr Casius. Mr Rees applied for a further adjournment for surrender. . The Court granted the adjournment to the Bth December. RE JOHN BROWN. Mr Har.vey for Bankrupt, moved the court to appoint a day for the final examination and application for discharge, I The Court appointed the Bth December. RE MARIE BOHAIN. On the application of Mr Rees the day for final examination and application for discharge was fixed for Bth December: RE W. J. LAHKIN. Mr Rees applied for an adjournment, as it was probable that an arrangement would be made by baukrupt with his creditors. The Court adjourned the case to the Bth December. RE G. B. WHITFORD. Adjourned application for discharge. Mr Reid moved for bankrupt's final order of discharge. There being no opposition bankrupt's discharge was granted, and a deed of con* veyance to Mrs Whittbrd", which nad been impounded, was ordered to be delivered up to her. re ». m. m'gain. As bankrupt did not appear this case was struck out. RE JAMES SCOTT. On the application of Mr Harvey, the Court appointed Bth December for final examination, and for application for discharge. RE CHARLES VEITH. Mr Harvey, for Mr Rees, moved for an order of final discharge! There being no opposition, the discharge was granted. RE R. T; WU.DE. Bankrupt was to have surrendered under an order of adjudication, but he did not appear. The case was adjourned to Bth December. I BE CHA'iLES WILLIAMS. On the application of Mr Harvey bankrupt's final discharge was granted. HE H. LINSTROM. On the motion of Mr Harvey, for Mr South, the Court appointed Bth December for the final examination, and for application for discharge. RE 2. PEHKINS. On the motion of Mr Harvey the Court appointed Bth December for final examination, and for application for discharge. RE MICHAEL SMITH. On the motion of Mr Rees the order of adjudication was made absolute. Meeting of creditors fixed for the 7th October. Bankrupt to surrender on the Bth December. The Court then adjourned to the Bth December,
