7. Any dogs on the Course will be destroyed. 8. All Stakes paid less 5 per cent. 9. A qualification fee must be paid by each owner that enters, or nominates a horse or horses, on the following scale, viz., for one or more events, under 5J 2 soys ; for 50 soys, 3 soys ; for 100 *soys or over, 4 soys. But the said fees not to be accumulative. Subscribers of 4 or more soys, are not required to pay any fee for qualification. N.B.
