The run is held under the New Canterbury Regulations, and there is a pre-emptive right over 250 acres. Improvements consist of four-roomed weatherboarded house, with detached kitchen, stockyard, shecpyard, garden and paddock of about 3 acres. The stock at present on the run are as follows, viz., about 400 wethers, in wool in first-class condition, 20 head of cattle. Sale at 12 o'clock.
