The whole establishment has been entirely refurnished, and neither pains or expense has been spared to render it all that can be desired. THE RESTAURANT, in which seats are provided for 100 persons, has been fitted-up with every modern appliance which could contribute to the comfort of the visitors, to ensure which has been the especial desire of the proprietor. THE BEDROOMS are spacious, clean, and well- ventilated ; permanent, or temporary boarders may, therefore, depend upon their comfort and convenience, whilst at the same time the charges are strictly moderate. JAMES SAY, Late Proprietor of the European Eestaurant, next M'Guire and Lynch's, Bakery, begs respectfully to inform his many friends and customers, that he has removed to those premises lately known as Brunton's Melbourne Eestaurant, which have been entirely re-modde'led and decorated at a very considerable expense, the proprietor, therefore, trusts to meet that patronage so liberally bestowed on him before in his old premises, and to assure the public that it will be his chief study to render his establishment the most comfortable house of call in town, both for Board, and Board and Lodging.
