POSTAL NOTICE.
On and after the Ist of January, 1867, the following rates of postage will be charged on all letters and newspapers posted iv New Zealand for delivery within the colony :—: — I. — TOWN LETTERS. Posted at any post office within the colony for delivery at or from such post office : — Not exceeding half-an-ounce ... Id. Exceeding half-an-ouuce, but not exceeding one ounce ... 2d.
