Demurrer to declaration. Mr Button appeared to support the demurrer ; Mr Rees to oppose it.
Mr Button said that he would consent to tho demurrer being over-ruled, leave being given to defendants to plead. Mr Rees consented, on condition that defendants paid the costs of demurrer. The Court made an order over-ruling the demurrer, defendants to have l»ave to plead three days after taxation. Defendants to pay costs of demurrer. IN T BE THE ABBITEATIOX OF GUBDWOOD AND

Mr Button, on the part of Macfarlane, applied for a rule to show cause why the sum of L 309 17s Id should not be paid in according to the award of the arbitrators.
Rule nisi granted ; returnable on Monday next.

Mr Harvoy moved for a rule absolute to make the submission to arbitration a rule of Court. Rule granted.

Mr Button applied that an order at nisi prius made by Mr Justice Gresson be made a rule of Court.
His Honor said that the order in question might be treated as an order of Cout. The Court then rose.
